STATE
STATE is a Brooklyn based clothing line that honors a thoughtful and handcrafted approach to fashion.
The label launched while Adrienne Antonson was living and working on a NW alpaca farm in 2010 and embodies a farm-to-hanger ethos. All items are sculptural, practical, and employ innovative methods.

CAVE COLLECTIVE
Penpals turned art collaborators Cat Lauigan and Alex Wolkowicz make up Cave Collective -- a jewelry and fiber design comapny. They work in many mediums such as photography, art direction, and sound. Cave Collective is based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn but has roots in San Francisco and Germany.

NETTIE KENT
Growing up on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, Nettie Kent’s playground was the beach. Raised by a painter and a librarian, Kent’s bohemian upbringing nurtured her creative spirit and abilities, she could hold a paint brush before she could talk, swim before she could walk. She launched Nettie Kent Jewelry in 2010.

STUDY NY
Tara St James is the owner and head designer for the New York-based clothing label Study, a high-concept brand primarily produced in New York City. Formerly the creative director of Covet, a mainstream eco-friendly sportswear collection for men and women, Tara left to start Study in September 2009.

ANOTHER FEATHER
Each piece of Another Feather jewelry is hand crafted by Asheville-based maker and artist Hannah Ferrara. She uses traditional metal smithing techniques and tools to craft each item, using recycled metals from sustainable sources, combined with the occasional natural object or repurposed vintage parts.

ILANA KOHN
Ilana Kohn is a women's clothing and textile line both located and produced in NYC. Having evolved from four basic silhouettes, the collection has grown into a full-fledged collection, providing boutique buyers and shoppers a wealth of choices for easy everyday dressing.

KORDAL
Mandy Kordal has been working and living in Brooklyn since 2009. Since the company's creation in 2011 she has sold at various boutiques throughout Brooklyn such as Thistle & Clover and Life Curated. Mandy is currently an Artist and Residence at the Textile Arts Center in New York.

PROUD MARY
Proud Mary works with global artisans in the developing world to create their line of 'ethnic-modern' home and personal accessories. By combining a modern design aesthetic with traditional methods of production Proud Mary bridges the gap between fair trade and on trend/fast fashion.

KELLY VALLETTA
Kelly Valletta is a textile artist living in Brookyln, NY. She's currently an Artist in Residence at the Textile Arts Center and is experimenting with woven and naturally dyed work.

LEIGH MAGAR
Leigh Magar is the milliner and designer behind the labels Magar Hatworks and Madam Magar. She lives and works in Charleston, SC and her clients have include Nick Cave (the artist), Michael Stipe, Rachel Feinstein, and Elvis Costello.

AMBIKA
Ambika Conroy lives on a quaint fiber farm in upstate NY. There she raises and shears Angora Rabbits from which she makes her beautiful line Ambika. She's a major supporter for working locally and collaborating for the good of the earth.

THOMAS CHAMBERLAIN
Thomas Chamberlain lives and works in Connecticut. He is inspired by traditional workwear and timeless methods and materials. He uses Japanese denim and natural dyes in his work.
